Shipping for all UK Mainland orders (excluding Scottish Highlands) is only 99p! Shipping is £1.99 to:

• Northern Ireland
• The Scottish Highlands
• Isle of Man

We currently only ship our products to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. But never say never, watch this space!

We’re really sorry that you want to return your order. Returns are accepted for damaged products or if you receive the wrong item. Please notify us within 14 days.

Under our satisfaction guarantee, we ask that customers try the product for at least 7 days to give it a fair chance. In all cases, please get in touch with us at the hello mailbox to discuss your return. Remember to include your order number and the full name and address used for the order.

Our natural antiperspirant formulation has been created by expert chemists. It has been demonstrated to effectively maintain dry underarms and provide a fresh scent for a continuous 24-hour period, all whilst being kind to your skin.

Each refill capsule will last between 4 to 6 weeks

We recommend that you apply 1-2 swipes on each armpit. With Make Waves, less is more!

Our antiperspirant is specially formulated without the inclusion of bicarbonate of soda, making it an ideal choice for individuals with sensitive skin. Our formulation has been dermatologically tested on both normal and sensitive skin. It was developed to be gentle while delivering maximum performance, and is packed with premium natural ingredients!

We are proud to offer an unfragranced antiperspirant, which is perfect for those who require a more gentle formula, or are looking for all of the performance without the scent.

Yes! As our formula is not a liquid, it is suitable for hand luggage. No more needing to buy extortionately priced minis in the airport!

We've dedicated extensive efforts to crafting a natural formula that treats your underarms and the planet with care. Notably, our natural deodorant formula includes bicarbonate of soda, albeit in significantly smaller quantities than competing products, and sourced at a premium grade. However, our antiperspirant formula is completely bicarbonate-free.

As a result, individuals who may have previously experienced sensitivity to it have often found Make Waves natural deodorant to be a suitable and effective option.

Yes! As our formula is not a liquid, it is suitable for hand luggage and popping in your bag for any mode of travel. 

You’ll be happy to hear that neither of our formulas leaves any deodorant marks on clothes. 

In all of our starter packs, you will find a booklet that explains how to refill your applicator - we also have a video on our ‘How to reload’ page if you find that easier to follow.

We worked with former Dyson engineers to create an innovative concealed reload mechanism, ensuring effortless usability:

1. Rotate the base of the applicator 90 degrees (the bottom part of the applicator). Note: if reloading, don’t forget to wind the base all the way back down first

2. Insert your fingers into the gaps presented, pinch and pull the base from the main body of the applicator

3. Insert a new capsule (after removing the old one), push down until it clicks gently into place, then remove the capsule lid

4. Push the base back into the main of the applicator until it clicks - job done!

Of course! You can buy a single applicator for your natural antiperspirant or deodorant, so that you can have an antiperspirant at home as well as one in your work or gym bag. 

Our applicators are made from one single material (recycled and recyclable plastic) to ensure that not only can they be used over and over again, but then can also easily be recycled to ensure they leave no impact on our planet.

Yes, both of our formulations are free from gluten. 

Our subscription service is easy to follow. All you need to do is select your preferred case and refill, and we'll arrange the delivery of 3 refills every 3 months at a cost of £18 (plus delivery). 

Your first refill pack will be dispatched a month after your initial order, with the flexibility to pause or adjust orders as needed. Personalise your scents and delivery timetable to perfectly align with your preferences.

Our starter pack - which includes 1 case and 1 refill - costs £12 (plus delivery). Our subscription refills are then £18 for 3 refill capsules (plus delivery).

We've streamlined the process of managing your subscription. Just sign in to your account, and you'll have the option to alter your scents, skip orders, or adjust the delivery frequency as needed. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your online account, except in instances where the charge has already been processed.
